Returns & exchange

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items showing wear, fragrance, marks, or damage after delivery cannot be accepted.

If your parcel arrives incorrect or damaged, photograph the item and packaging and contact us promptly with your order number.

Made-to-order, customised, altered, clearance, and hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible unless they arrive faulty. Any product-specific restriction takes priority.

Contact our team with your order number, reason, and preferred replacement. An exchange is only confirmed after review and depends on stock availability.
