Shipping & delivery

Delivery is free for merchandise subtotals of PKR 5,000 or more. A PKR 250 delivery fee applies to smaller orders. All orders are paid in cash when delivered.

After an order is confirmed, it is normally delivered within 2–3 working days. Timelines can vary by destination, product availability, public holidays, and courier conditions.

Please provide a complete address and active mobile number. Inspect the outer package before accepting it. Do not accept a parcel that is visibly opened or damaged; contact support instead. Keep the original tags and packaging if you may need an exchange. Payment is cash on delivery only.
